This week we caught up with Olivia Brown, or as you may know her from IG, livbyfood. We've been a big fan of Liv's feed for a while, with her vibrant choices of London restaurants and fantastic lists of top restaurants for all sorts of themes. Liv developed a passion for cooking when she was only 15, after she began cooking for friends and family. After constant requests from her friends to write a book or blog for her recipes and recommendations, lockdown presented her the perfect opportunity to do exactly that! "Food has been my passion since I can remember (as cheesy as that sounds) I've been lucky enough to travel alot with my mum from a baby and always fell in love with new food and cultures when abroad - this would often be the highlight of my trip and I was known by friends and now colleagues to be that person always bringing food back from abroad" In May 2020, she launched her IG 'livbyfood' and in only a few months she had thousands of foodies following her. With only a short glance at her feed, you can see inspiration has been taken from her travels all over the world. "From all the travels I loved exploring the flavours from across the world - the smells, the tastes and textures - and how vibrant they were!! (My family always laughs at me and says how 'un British' I am as I don't like British food as I find it boring but would much rather have some exciting flavours!!!
