Born in a time where eating out in Brighton meant chain pubs or greasy spoons, Brighton needed something better, an alternative to the norm. A fresh, quality focused menu backed up by locally roasted coffee, sustainably sourced tea and natural wine, Mange Tout opened its doors in 2009 and has become Brighton’s favourite independent Bistro.
