Our name is inspired by the industrial past of King’s Cross, and the Victorian Lightermen who worked on flat-bottomed barges, known as “Lighters”, on the canals and rivers of London. With three floors offering stunning views across Granary Square and the Regent’s Canal, The Lighterman is a place to relax and enjoy all day dining and drinking.
