Wood & Water

In 2015 April Jackson, former Miss Jamaica Universe and BBC Apprentice candidate, created Three Little Birds. Her first restaurant combined her love of food and passion for her island. That concept has given birth to Wood & Water, a modern British restaurant with a Jamaican soul, bringing you unique flavour combinations and an eclectic rum offering.
