The New Year has arrived, so why not start it off in health and style? Don't worry, no one's telling you to go vegan, (unless you want to!), however, we are suggesting some healthy cafes for breakfast and brunch, some wonderful spots for lunch and dinner, and incredible activities to fill the gaps and keep you active (only if you want to). At Ping, we understand the importance of both physical and mental health.
